MyCentiMark Portfolio is an on-line database of all your facilities roof projects (past, present and future) organized in accordance with your company’s hierarchy.

• Condition Report: A detailed Roof Life Analysis report of your existing roof condition. Includes core analysis details, photos and cause of each roof defect, technical data and roof component ratings.

• Recommendations: Based on the roof condition report a Proposed Solutions Report is created containing suggested scope of work, detail drawings, construction specifications and specific safety enhancements to repair current roof issues.

• Current Projects: Project information for each in-progress roof such as estimated start and completion dates, real-time estimates of percentage of work completed and current expenditures.

• Budget Tool: Charts the cost for suggested repairs, the cost for yearly maintenance and the resulting additional years of roof life gained when such repairs and maintenance are performed. The budget tool features an editable five year roof maintenance plan for each facility.

• Historical Information: Roof data is retained on-line for each completed project, featuring warranties, completion dates, previous conditions, system type, investment and field reports.
